I’m not sure if I’m going to go see the Twilight movie. None of the actors look like the characters in the books; the vampires’ actors are not pale enough, Jacob’s actor doesn’t look remotely Native American, and so on. I’m also terrified that they are going to ruin the book.

I’ll rent it, but it looks like a fucking Gossip Girl/The Hills clusterfuck.
Avitable: I wouldn’t go that far, but I’m sure they’re going to ruin it. Sigh.
If only they had casted ME as Bella; I would make a way better Bella than that tool Kristen Stewart. Grr.
And Edward should be seriously fixed up electronically, since NO human can fill those shoes.
I’m sure it’s not entirely hard to find Native actors, I was pissed when I found out Stephenie Meyer wanted “experienced” actors. Sometimes, experienced actors ruin the damn experience!
@Sarcastica: I know! Still, from what I’ve seen it looks like she’s really happy with the end results. So, naturally, I’m going to see it. I just hope it’s not too bad…
